Gigachad. You are already miles ahead of a lot of people just by virtue of finishing stuff instead of grinding out meaningless sketches over and over.

I think that artwork is solid for someone with your experience, and the only thing off about it is the proportions. I did a quick edit, there's a lot of distortion around the hands and clothes so ignore that, I just think this proportion cuter. Basically from what I can tell the main issue is the length of her torso, it just seems very elongated.

Also I did a small redraw of that front section of her dress, it helps if you can show how the front part of it wraps around her body like in the ref you posted.

Another thing it could use is more saturated colors IMO.

You are doing well though Anon I hope that isn't discouraging.
