/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

Hello, this is my first time posting my art on this board! I've admired from afar for a while but I just recently started trying to draw again like two days ago. Used to do it in high school but haven't in a while. Anyways, I wanted critique on this head. Her head's supposed to be tilted down but I'm not sure if it comes across like that, or if it just looks like she has a tiny chin and big forehead. Excuse the really harsh erased/chicken scratch lines, that's always been a weakness of mine. Might post the full image later, it's really rough right now. Any tips would be appreciated!
