/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

I think it is time to ban anything anime from /ic just like furry.
I mean think about it. /ic wasn't always that bad and it can become a better place again.
Anime is a very niche thing just like furry and it is from a completely different culture than the west. Isn't it strange how kids and teenagers get influenced so much by it? Shouldn't we instead be focusing on creating and improving on western styles?
Also what is up with all the loli shit? Loli is definitely for pedophiles. Look at the proportions of your typical anime girl: big head to body ratio, big eyes, high pitch voice - what anime "artists" think is cute is basically little underage girls.

There are endless styles, endless posibilities, so many mediums, just so much different and beautiful shit you can do with art.
So why the hell is the majority of ic so focused on becoming like those japanese/chinese artists?
Why is ic so dominated by anime culture?
