Surprising that a few days ago I posted that picture in another thread.

Though the top of the head is a bit too flat with the forehead being too small vertically and I cannot see where the nostrils are in your drawing. Your ear is far too low.

What are you using to draw this? Anyway take it a bit slower and use a pencil. Hold it from the back end so it would be hard to draw darkly. Don't be afraid to use the pencil to measure objects of the face in relation to one another so you can get better proportions out of the features and also using lines to see if certain parts of the head are lining up properly like if you drew a line horizontally from the top of the eyeball (right below the eyelid fold) it would align almost right on the top ridge of the ear, and so on. Might want to go slower on the shading as well, that bust helps with trying to eyeball as many of the values as you can while. The various planes is essentially this sort of assignment in practice (pictured) along with planes of the head.
