I think you might have been trying to go for some sort of look like this, but I don't know. It's all just a suggestion, so take it with a grain of salt. I pulled up her torso a bit to add in the hips. Applied some shadows for form. Slightly changed the lighting to a single directional one, could be two sources, but I got lazy. Noticeable change is the nose for instance. I also played around with the eye a little bit.
