Draw her hands, even if they come out mangled. You gotta start somewhere.

>A pretty normal diet, I just don't eat much at breakfast. Drinking and eating greasy stuff mostly at weekends after I get laid.
If it's anything mainstream normal then you should re-evaluate if it's not worth to give other things a try. The reason why I asked what you eat is because you are what you eat. My mental health got better once I got into keto. I have more energy as well and don't suffer from this fatigue that would occur through the day.

Linked below is a pretty good video about the benefits of keto...

...and here's a channel that has various informative videos about food affecting your body/brain etc.

>My reason for being depressed is mostly because I got overburned from studying to get a graduation at 2 different places and it was an absolute waste of time, effort and life.
I know that feeling. I had a similar experience that threw me into the NEET dome for half a decade.

>I can't explain properly, but I feel anxious about starting to draw, sometimes about finishing a drawing, moving on from a sketch to inking. I feel like I'm going to fuck up, that my effort will be for nothing, that my end result will be an ugly drawing.
That nagging feeling of losing even more valuable, irreplaceable time, aye? You have to make it a habit to remind yourself why you are doing it in the first place and what your goals are.

>I tend to get stuck at simple stuff like sketches and insisting on polishing a very rough sketch for hours, so I don't grind fundamentals properly.
Try out setting up a timer with an alarm sound to snap you out of that "gotta polish that turd no matter what" mindset. It's an unhealthy habit.

All in all, pic related. Start small with a "healthy" habit and move on from there.
