What's your process for creative thinking /ic/?
I can't visualize while I'm awake.

Because I fell for the git gud meme.

Drawing skill is meaningless if you can't write. I thought that if I just learned to draw all these cute anime girls and scenarios would somehow come to life before my eyes. All I can do is create 3D shapes that resemble characters.

That's not characterization. That's not writing motivations or dialog. That's not stories.

If you can only draw but not write, you're just an art whore, creating other's ideas.

I have been trying to learn to write but there are 12 year old fanfiction-writing tumblrinas with more writing experience than me.
