I've mostly used AI stuff to serve as quick source of reference material for my own drawings. Shit like interesting silouettes, textures and other elements of the stuff the ai generates based on my promps, which I can incorporate into my own designs seems to me the only really useful way to use these tools. Picture related, the AI pictures helped me to figure out how to draw a sort of organic flowing looking armor aesthetic for this design.

The Ai art essentially served as inspiration / reference for the most part for me.
