Hello beg, i skipped 1 day and it is so over. I have SO MANY bad habits when drawing figures it is crazy. And it is not like i drew too many in the past, so from where are these bad habits coming from?

you should abuse perspective tricks like blurry / less strong contrast for distant parts so the overlaps are way more obvious. like his hand behind a shield, there is ZERO indication the hand is behind the shield. Lighting should reflect that. same goes for everything else

there are whole art books dedicated just for drawing hands alone. hands (and feet) are incredibly complex and asresult very hard to draw, meanwhile body is like 3 or 4 boxes connected together

plebs just use camera on their phone and then basic filter which you find in GIMP or KRITA for it. pros use scanner, modern scanners have built-in scan modes just for lineart
