You pulled off the underwater look pretty well. I like it more than your previous paintings. You could still go quite a bit darker in the foreground.

You should spend some time practicing perspective and composition. You're kinda layering your shapes horizontally on top of each other. Maybe look at how Eytan Zana handles the early stages of a painting. Good variety in lighting though!
