There's a difference to imitating a style with proper knowledge of how to draw in the first place and skipping everything you need to learn and then excusing your mistakes by saying that it's a style. Stop nitpicking my words into cut up sections that favors your defensive stance. If you only ever want to take criticism when it's delivered on a silver plate and with a pat on your back then you'll never get good, or at least not in whatever span of time that you plan. This is especially true seeing how we're on /ic/, where people don't pull punches with meanie words (and that's a good thing).

Take this anon>>3884387 for example. He's saying your art looks flat as fuck. It doesn't belong anywhere near a 3D plane, and this is a problem that could've been solved if you had just PROPERLY studied fundies and read at least a few pages of Fun with a pencil. It's made to make /beg/s like you think in forms and not shapes. Start drawing boxes and construction to your shit anime figures and they should look less shit in no time.
