exactly. coordination they have to learn by using their own artistic expression. for example, most kids draw objects and people very freely und creatively before some adult teaches them how to do it "the proper way" and suddenly all their drawings start to look generic and unimaginative. (like a tree is drawn as a rectangle with a round shape on top or a bird in the sky looks like a mcdonalds M). of course that's a part of growing up, chidren try to fit in and copy what they see from adults. but especially when they're young it's important to give them their freedom of expression. these expectations to be able to draw a snowman a certain way can really cripple a child's confidence regarding their own way to see the world and make sense of it (which is a vital part in learning to draw since that is inherent to every child: expressing yourself by leaving imprints and processing your life and its surroundings though art). maybe this seems farfetched but it's actually pretty interesting
