thats only 12 circles, it wont do a dime. If you are interested this is what I'm doing, I'm seeing great results in my line quality both in fast and slow traces, on digital and trad.

Motor skills comes down to accuracy and speed, from research it shows that the acquisition of motor skill is almost independent of age the only thing that changes movement top speed on the movement, so you will never be too old to improve, but it takes daily sessions for 10 weeks to cement the pattern in your muscle memory (this is from some boxing studies).

So... I use this template to trace the first time use a stop watch to time how much it takes to trace 5 times each figure, then use that time race against in coming sessions. Every movement comes from the should, elbow and wrist never fingers. Use the same zoom % through out the session I use 37.3% zoom and brush at 4px without pressure sensitivity.

I started timing 22 min now after 10 days I'm at 10 min while retaining the same accuracy or better than the first time. You will feel a flare in under your scapula due to weak and dumb muscles, after a few sessions you will feel nothing.
