They actually aren't. Unlike America & Europe, they don't have a nigger problem. Majority of the rape cases in Europe are due to nigger & Muslim rapfugees. Since Japan has very strict immigration policies, they don't have that problem. And because anime & manga is multibillion industry, they aren't gonna nuke it just because of a tiny vocal minority of moralfagging gaijins can't tell the difference between fiction & reality
