The man appears to be kinda floaty.

Mech is sunken into the sand but he stands firmly on top of it.

It's inconsistent with everything else touching the sand atleast.

Her face is down but her body pose suggests that we should be able to see under the chin. (face up)

The anon who removed the head shows this more clearly. A face needs to complete the gesture of the body, not be stapled on.
