I've been trying to draw with a pencil for years and it still feels awkward. This is going to sound stupid but is there any way I can get a similar feeling as painting with a pencil or should I just buy some paint? I'm not trying to achieve a certain effect, just prefer painting over drawing. I don't currently have access to a tablet.
