Agree.
You completely botched the shoulders as if you were going for an angle but it fell flat on your face.

Also, the bunny ears suggest she's looking towards the camera, but we don't get any suggestion of the other side of her face.

Even if you disregard your line work your color theory is weak as well.
Everything is essentially the same value so there's really nothing interesting to look at.
