Though I've made alot of progress over a few months, critique my most recent drawing. I found a face reference from this person does not exist.

Also, recently I have been attempting to draw hands since, I haven't done much practice of the overall human form. Are there other parts of the humab form thag I should understand before going straight to trying to draw the hands.
