your style it kinda goes against our lord loomis sama, however it can work

you are missing some key points usually the nose bridge and the chin are parallel on grils otherwise they look like gigachad

the bottom of the nose is usually in the middle of the top of the eye socket and chin you can get a bit lower or higher but not really much,anyways for your drawing you need to draw a longer neck if you draw a regular one it looks like a child with small eyes a trait for adul people so you are mixing a lot of mistakes there but most importantly youd drew the back end of the neck too close to the ear wtf, and the point of your nose is too in the middle it should be lower otherwise again it looks like a child so as you can see your drawing is a trainwreck

at the bottom you can see i drew the ear closer to the eye but still doesnt look bad because theres still some fundamentals there

tdlr: LOOMIS but also check a good source for the style you are aiming,imo the persona style fits your shit

also always draw a silhouette of your bodies before adding clothes hair and stuff it helps a lot to find mistakes trust me on this
