The fake housing market makes actual homes overvalued by printing money to prop up the economy
the fake money means that all of the hard work anyone does is not ever actually rewarded
the fake economy means that long term gains are essentially impossible as your money can be taken directly from you for bad social credit (see paypal) or even just to pay welfare parasites,
fake regulations create an envioronment of beurocrats that overcharge both the contractors customers and the contractor
and fake auditing ensures that the construction worker was never allowed to build anything of value to most people anyway, and you're better off doing it yourself.
