I think you want to draw him like a feminine anime boy judging by the pose, but you don't push the proportions accordingly. Make the nose much smaller and push him towards anime cute. In the end you're looking to draw him like a small child and children don't have huge noses. Or you want to go towards bishie, which has different proportions. Right now you're in a bit of a limbo, I think this is your problem.
