Because he paid $350 and some change for a piece of equipment that's a lateral upgrade at best. Yeah he has a few more hotkeys now and his stylus might be a little better but it's not going to help him draw freehand when his monitor is 8 times the size of his new tablet's drawing surface.

Don't be givin' me dat noise white boi. No one that's used a larger tablet would say they prefer a smaller one. Would you take a Wacom Intuos Draw® over a Cintiq? Or even an Intuos Pro Small over an Intuos Pro Medium? It's the same general concept. Bigger in this instance is objectively better.

A Giano is the same size depth-wise as a Medium and like 2 inches wider with a drawing surface that's like double the size. You could have bought that AND a new desk and you'd have legit been better off family man. Ah well.
