So I'm going through Loomis' book on head structure and hands, and I had a question.

He doesn't specify what or how much I should be drawing. Should I be trying to mimick his studies over and over until I feel I can do my own interpretation from imagination without reference, or just do it once and move on with each exercise?

I feel like I'm really autistic and I'll still be in the first dozen pages for months if I try to master every study before moving on. Am I just not drawing enough?

Picture unrelated.
