Love the faces. I think the girl in the top right's shoulder and arm looks a bit weird to me, but i know arms behave weirdly when turned or in a forced position, so if you referenced it, it could be that and I could be wrong.

You are not going to see significant changes in a few weeks, progress is slow, however once months pass you'll start noticing big changes.

I would consider adding more shading since faces have a lot of intrincate bumps and details

Looks great to me. Doing that pose irl makes me think her right breast should be getting noticeably squished(and thats a good thing). But other than that, its a very good sketch.
