Like other than you don’t want corporations to not make as much money, who gives a shit? They’re stealing everything and then you’re handicapping yourself into pretending to be “original” or whatever, so really what are you accomplishing other than making things easier for corporations?

Eh I’ve built like entire sets with fabricated stuff paid for by a completely different company for a different production.

Most the stuff that made all the Star Wars models were just random stuff from consumer modeling kits. All their gun designs are just ww2 gun + random crap. And it’s all owned by Lucasfilm regardless.
