this is a big compliment, thank you. I'm glad i'm starting to get over that hurdle

I just started the line art of the drawing today, I know it's just a copy but i'm really happy with how it's turning out so far, especially with me only being on Day 18 of learning

also I know it's probably silly to worry about this early on in my drawing lifespan, but is it weird that sometimes I worry if me doing copies like this isn't actually making me improve at drawing, just at copying from other people? I know a lot of big and successful artists say copying is one of the best tools to learn, but it still feels kind of...dirty? wrong?

Yeah I need to read some of those books, I tried early on and it just wasn't clicking with me
maybe now that i'm a little over 2 weeks into drawing it'll work better?
anyways I started the line art today, I know it's just a copy of someone else's drawing but i'm really happy with how it looks right now
