I do all of that except without the blanket. It's hot as hell in my room.
What I like to do is take a cold shower. Drink some Ice cold water. To get my body cool and refreshed. Turn off all the lights in my room except my orange light lamp. Put on my earbuds and listen to some Japanese city pop.
It feel so comfy! I especially like it when I start to get sleepy. I feel so focused and in the flow when I start getting sleepy.
