hey friends, was talking with some people from another board and one mentioned this thread has been looking for this book for some time. i'm traveling and don't have access to a scanner, but don't think i'd want to ruin my book like that anyway... however, i'm more than happy to take pictures of stuff (ALL of it would take quite a while though...) if people want. i'm headed to bed now but leaving this tab open so i'll remember to pop in tomorrow. lemme know if i can help out in any way. and if not, no worries, sorry for the intrusion
