Lie down for 20 minutes in your bed, doing nothing. Head flat on the mattress, feet a bit higher (put a pillow or two under them).
Take those 20 minutes to think about what you want to draw.

If you fall asleep, good. Wake up recharged and draw.
If you're not sleepy, the 20 minutes of rest will wind you down a little from your fast-paced routine so you can stop being antsy in front of a canvas.

You didn't answer my question, what sort of topics or lines of thoughts am I supposed to learn in the field of "aesthetics"?

As an example, here's the kind of explanation I'd like about learning "composition":
- In composition the main concern is showing an idea in a visually interesting manner, by thinking not about the subject matter per se, but about the overall shapes, values and colors, creating the right dynamics/flow for the artwork and how to make the viewer notice the things that matter the most.

So, what does one learn by "studying aesthetics"?

Two are brown, last one is basically a gay man, and their names are bland, like an 8yo trying to come up with epic spacey words but failing because all she knows is how to love smelly brown people.

I'm not reading the bios either, because AT LEAST the art took some effort from someone who has amassed a bit of skill. But stuff written by the mind who came up with these dogshit concepts will no doubt be 100% uninteresting drivel.

I am 30yo, I just found out a couple months ago that I have perfect pitch.
My dad is a musician who has never taught me music (nor given me any other stuff to learn, I was just left to my own devices).

Make no mistake, he sacrificed a lot financially to keep me in a good school, but when it comes to DIRECTLY giving me any incentive, there was never anything.

Also, all these crabs don't understand what being "gifted" is like.
When everything is easy, you breeze through problems that people struggle to overcome, but when a real problem, a difficult one, where you have to grind to overcome, shows up, all the other kids will already have built the discipline to do it from birth because they were dumb, whereas you, as a smarter kid, will just be confused: "this makes no sense, why the fuck should I learn this garbage?".

It's a real danger, you crash way harder because expectations on you for being gifted are way higher, yet you are way less prepared for real life challenges because you don't have the effort/discipline muscle trained.

Parents are not to blame because dealing with gifted children isn't as straight-forward, but yeah, the only solution is responsible parents or a mentor to set the kid on the right path early on.

Once you're old, it'll take years to undo the damage.
