To summarize I think you're working with a poor reference of a woman who's had a lot of plastic surgery.
You won't get a drawing that looks right using her as reference.
The pose is also a little too symmetrical to translate into a good drawing.
You should also avoid those unconfident lines when doing lineart. Practice drawing clean lines in a single stroke.

Lines closer to the light source or further from the viewer should be thinner and vice versa.
