story is one way and the one I am most familiar with, but it's not necessarily the best way. Depends what kind of ideas you're trying to convey. There are some art pieces that's interesting and engaging though not "technically skilled".

There's an anon who occasionally posts his work on this board and I save his stuff every chance I get, I don't know where else I can find him, he's never given me his blog, but I love his work and have collected dozens upon dozens of his drawings, because the only place to find them are in /ic/ archives, which aren't always reliable.
