Every object naturally has 3 vanishing points, perspective is determined by how many you can see. The ones that sit on the horizon line matter the most. When you rotate an object you're just moving its vanishing points along the horizon line. You should practice drawing rotated boxes till you can get a feel for them being rotated at various angles so you can just sketch them and have it look natural enough
