Did a quick sketch over yours. I think the problem is that you messed with the perspective and the position of the hand and it made the anatomy look all off. Stick with geometric shapes that are close to the body parts you want to draw.

I warn you, what i did is not perfect but i hope it shows you what i mean.

The rest of the drawing is really good. Id almost say you dont really belong in the beginners thread.
