I do. This is Pinja, a fairy changeling inspired by Pinocchio. Don't feel pressured into drawing a return, though (although I would definitely love one) - I only ever draw the OCs I feel like.

Inspired by Pinocchio (of course), Pinja is a changeling, produced by a powerful fairy to serve as the daughter of a lonely old woodworker. While she's pretty benign as far as changelings go, her behaviour is not exactly model.

I tried a bunch of different grains and colours because I could never decide which I preferred.

I've put her up before, but no one can stop me from doing it again.

I have this, but there's no need to draw a return unless you really feel like it. I only ever draw designs I feel like drawing, myself.

Inspired by Pinocchio stuff getting released lately, she is a changeling produced by a powerful fairy to fulfil a bargain with a childless old man. However, since fairies are notorious assholes, she constantly misbehaves and causes all kinds of trouble for everyone all the time. Kind of like a renaissance Dennis the Menace.
