*IF* a gallery has an active torrent, and you are set up to get things like that, it really doesn't matter how fast or slow it will run. Just set it overnight while you're sleeping.

The problem is with galleries that don't have a torrent (or one with no seeds or peers), or for which you don't have enough Gallery Points (or the patience!) to download from the front end. There are browser extension scripts like jdownloader that behave like clicking on and downloading each of the pictures one-by-one, but automatically, essentially "harvesting" them for you.

What artbooks do you want from E-H? Maybe we already have them somewhere, or can get them with a modest investment of GP.

There are four ways that I know of:

1). Click through every thumbnail to the link for the page that can download the full-sized image. If the gallery has more than 8-10 images, this is so painfully slow it will make you want to walk away in disgust.

2). Garner enough Gallery Points ("GP" ... not gold pieces, would you believe?) to download the whole gallery in one go using the archive function.

3) Does the gallery have a link for a torrent? Is it live? Use a torrent client to download the contents. The caveat here is that the torrent will only have in it what was put into it when it was created. This is fine for books, since authors don't generally add pages to books while you are reading them, but for Pixiv or other artist galleries, or "in progress" comics or web comics, you'll fall behind.

4). There are browser add-ons you can get that will do this for you. Use at your peril.
