i do think its a little quick. the posing is good, but its a matter of too much at once on the pose where he gets on his knees. you dont need that second anticipation, unless hes getting up very slowly or moving very little before this. the timing and posing is good except for that little bit i think

doodle to hopefully help illustrate what i mean. your strong posing already anticipates the next movement, you just need to trim the fat in the middle.

following up on this >>6591034 anons advice, the fall looks crunchy because the animation is at 12fps (or less) while the camera move is at 24/25 fps. in most western tv animation, when theres a big camera move like this, they animate at a higher framerate until the camera move is over, then they swicth back to 12fps. animate at a higher framerate here, or make the camera move a lower framerate to match (this might be kind of nauseating though, animating more frames is generally the better option)

a small thing that will help sell your character is sliding along the ground is actually drawing the ground plane with a perspective grid on it, or some texture/ rough features, so he actually has an environment to slide over. it isnt sold as well if hes in the void. making a character feel part of the environment and not a floating bit of decoration is a skill too

ive been liking your work a lot here so far, looking forward to seeing more
