from what i understand, weed doesn't kill your motivation, it kills your anxiety, so if the only thing driving you to do stuff is anxiety then you won't do anything. this usually means you should reaccess your goals/what you want out of life, but i guess even that is something you have to want to do which i guess you can't push yourself to do through anxiety because you could just smoke that feeling away
