Hey there Aspie Gamer, if this is actually you. I'm honestly not sure if this is a troll or not because the way OP is written matches up with a lot of trends I've noticed in posts you've written on Tapastic, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

You're honestly at absolute beginner lever right now, and should read through this and do the exercise in it:

Before you start practicing anatomy and construction, you should learn how to draw what you see in front yourself. Try drawing photos too, just to get down your basic linework and observation skills.

I think following stuff like how-to-draw manga books might actually be useful to you. You really have no grasp of even most basic construction, just learning how to draw a stylized face consistently would help you a lot.

From here you can learn basic perspective and construction, which will lead you into getting into the meatier stuff like figure drawing and anatomy.

eyes should be fixed to a reasonable ratio, there are rules behind cartoony animu faces for looking good
learn the proportions and apply that knowledge everytime, these proportions are easier to automate later on once you just start truly doing it

Why do people make "manga tutorials" like this?

This shit makes me so mad because I wasted years of my early youth believing in this shit when I could have been studying loomis, etc. Even today people push this "draw a animu faec reel ez w 3 simple steps :)".

OP, these guys have the right idea.

My advice sounds like it's making fun of you, but I swear I'm not. Have you tried going through deviantArt tutorials? They're pretty much what you're looking for.

You could also go full Satan and "learn" through tracing.
