In the not-so-distant future, soldiers are bombarded by satellite-based microwaves around the clock, including an arousal beam that drives its victim into a berserker state. It is up to the valiant military police, including Shore Patrol, to be the first on the scene, ready to subdue those afflicted by the beams by any means necessary.
