I don't pre-sketch anything, I just draw, sometimes I take reference from photos of body builders, like in this picture:

I've been drawing this way for decades since I was a child, it's ingrained in me, I try drawing with my arm instead of my wrist, but I dislike the lack of control in my strokes.
