2 hour value sketch from life, had to stop early/rush because I had an appointment. Only happy with the cherries.

any advice on adding long thin lines of one value between two painted areas or over a still-wet painted area? Right now I'm just loading a brush and tapping them in, but it doesn't get me nice controlled results. Makes me miss charcoal.
