I think right now you should focus on studying form and human figure drawing more than anything else. Right now your character looks very flat, and the anatomy is rather weak. You have an understanding of what the human body looks like, but you break it into flat, 2D shapes rather than thinking about the 3D forms each body part has and how they interlock with each other, and I feel that is where your weakness comes from. I did a quick redline to show what I mean by that, sorry for the inaccuracies, I am not the best myself but I hope this helps my comments make more sense.
I'd recommend going through Hampton's figure drawing book, he breaks down the human body's forms and basic muscle groups in a really easily understandable way. I found it very helpful myself, so I feel like if you did spent some time dedicated to studying you could really level up your skills at drawing the human body and characters as well.
