Are you trying to make your dialogue look like a fan scanlation? The font doesn't fit the balloon style, and it's not even the same color as the rest of the art. Either lighten the text or darken the lineart, because it kind of cheapens the whole picture.

Also, you're using vertical-oriented balloons but English text, which is horizontal. I know you want it to look like a "manga", but there are some things that just don't work in crossover. Study some English language comics to get a feel for the proper balloon shape.
