First off the gif looks like shit in both angles, it's not an example of anything, you can make a well made 3d model that will look anime, and follow the rules of perspective.

The main problem in this board is that most people here are beginners with shit taste, who can't tell the difference between a good anime artist and a bad one.
they then look at anime art and make generalizations based on the things they see, but because they have zero fundamentals they dont understand why their generalizations are retarded, OP being a shining example of that.
