As my two cents, you could try to change her pose a bit:
- Use her shoulders more and try to make the shoulder line less flat-horizontal.
- Tilt her head downwards a bit (more) to make her give that sexy look at the viewer, despite having no eyes.
- The arm's pose looked forced to me, as in "keeping-in-this-awkward-straight-pisture-for-the-sake-of-trying-to-be-sexy" kind of forced, so I let it rest on something.
