i like her, you just need to figure out how to get the head shape right, try to practice with just the shape of the head for a bit, without hair or anything. I think the cheeks are really big on everyone so you'd probably want to start there, getting the jawline to look closer to your ideal, you're kinda scuffing the area where the jaw connects to the ear
