You have a lot of potential but fall short on execution in several ways. You're falling for the classic error of focusing on rendering the face first since it's:
a) fun to draw
and
b) interesting for the viewer
then you kinda half-ass rendering everything else and do this messy loose brushwork. Seen your work in other threads too and I've noticed your anatomy and perspective are really off, noodley and broken. The style is impressive though and I can see how you kind of envision everything in your head, similar to Ayami Kojima's work (pic related). The difference is she understands very clean line work which she undoubtedly uses as a foundation to paint on and has good anatomy (minus the fujoshi heads done on purpose as a stylistic choice) elements which you lack on greatly so I'd focus on improving those two first and foremost. Do studies - they can be stylised if normal ones are too boring for you. I think you'd also benefit from dropping the loose painterly textured brushes entirely and start using a simple soft round brush both to sketch and render. Use references for your poses too, they'll expand your visual library.
