No amount of legal jargon will redefine Art to suit your personal preferences, that's like you're changing the definition of a recession in order to avoid a recession. You may change the vocabulary to expel Ai from being called Art all you want, however Ai will continue to leave an impression and provide a visual concept for people and the aesthetics behind Ai alone is Art.
