I wasn't going to draw more, but I ended up doing so anyways.
This is what I did:

1) Lay down lines
2) Add color
3) Redo lines so that they are pixely again, using photoshop pencil tool
4) Add layers as needed
5) Repeat 2-4 until it looks the way you want.

Note: I never draw this way so careful what advice you take from me.
