This is an old meme and I admit its a very well crafted meme. Nobody respects someone who is afraid, yet if he explains why it isn't fear it also reinforces that this meme is a valid argument. At the end nothing that the other races bring to the table is unknown. The entire world is pretty much americanized, the Quran can be read online, the languages can be translated, rap is blasted out of every loudspeaker, we consume the food and media from all over the world. What is the unknown? What is there to fear? Well, perhaps we should be afraid, very afraid. Of a time where we lose political power due to changing demographics, when we lose our claim to a nation. Nobody has any love for the Whites. We can only help ourselves and when we are helpless and have no country to organize us and protect us we will become gipsies that get beaten to death for sport. Mankind itself will pretty much become a dark and primitive place as well, since modern notions of law and justice come from the White people. We ended slavery. We ended many evil things. Unfortunately we also created many evil things such as rampant technology use and liberalism. The Whites' best revenge will be its own nonexistence. The survivors can see how they will like a world governed by chimps and Chinazerg.

Yeah this probably has a lot of merit. There's a hell of a lot of mileage to make, and myself I kinda worry that i got back into art after such a massive gap because of that mileage and amount of sheer work needed. (I also understand the minds trickery too, part of the gap infact, but hallucinating on the daily is one hell of a wake up call).
But I do agree your mindset definitely does help. I'd like to think since starting dad and committing to an every day, do the best I can that day and believe I can make it attitude (for the most part lel) has helped me improve; maybe not as much as I'd like, or possibly could have, I'm not sure on that there, but I want it really really badly so I think that want and desire has influenced my growth somewhat, alongside the work put in.
I put a lot of the neuroplasticity meme down to the fact this is 4chan. You could probably argue there's a lot of searching for purpose or meaning in one's life takes place here, with internet addicted people checking our hobby boards because of lack of fulfillment. Not to generalise, of course, but I do know & understand the feeling and this is a site not for every day normal people, but unique individuals who found a home here because of it's nature. But, of course as you said quite nicely, people don't understand the amount of work, etc, and that's when any kind of excuse will do. I'm nearing my 30s myself, which feels shit, but when I look at my first submission and my recent ones and recent imagination work I am kind of proud of how far I've come, even if I still wish I was better than I currently am today and just how many days it's been has been a fair amount of time. There's always the doubt, but I'll be damned if there ain't forward momentum.
